Program Information

Welcome to the Master’s Program in Chemical Engineering at the Faculty of Engineering, Widya Surabaya Catholic University. We are proud to announce that our program has been accredited with the highest distinction, "BAIK SEKALI," by LAM-TEKNIK (0252/SK/LAM Teknik/AM/VIII/2023). This program is designed to enhance your expertise in chemical processes, sustainability, and cutting-edge technologies, equipping you with the critical skills needed to tackle the complex challenges of the chemical industry.

 

Program Learning Outcomes:

  1. Able to apply principles of professional ethics and social responsibility in chemical engineering practice, including environmental impact and sustainability.

  2.  Able to master advanced knowledge in the field of chemical engineering, including fundamental principles, theories, and current applications in chemical processes, thermodynamics, reaction kinetics, and materials processing technology.

  3. Able to design, conduct, and manage independent research to generate innovations in the field of chemical engineering, including the development of new products, processes, or technologies.

  4. Able to analyze and solve complex problems in the field of chemical engineering through multidisciplinary approaches, including the use of numerical methods, simulations, and experiments.
